Our Team

Dana Bulic, MSc, RSW, RP
Hi, and welcome to my profile!
I work with individuals and couples who are seeking support in navigating the challenges of trauma, attachment injuries, personality disorders, and self-esteem. For individuals, I provide a compassionate space to process past experiences and explore patterns that may feel limiting. For couples, I support healing from attachment wounds and relational ruptures, helping partners reconnect and strengthen their bonds.
My approach is deeply person-centered: I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative conversation tailored to your unique journey. Together, we’ll explore which therapeutic approach best supports your goals, allowing you to lead the way while I walk alongside you in creating positive, lasting change.
Drawing from a range of modalities—including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and somatic approaches—I am committed to ensuring that our work is not only effective but also affirming and supportive. My goal is to create an environment where you feel valued, understood, and encouraged every step of the way.
In addition to my work with clients, I also provide supervision and guidance to students, supporting their growth and development as compassionate and skilled practitioners.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

“Is your mental health getting in the way of the things you want to do? Do you often wonder WHY you get triggered, or how early attachments might effect your daily life as an adult? I take a person-centered approach, allowing the client to take the lead and actively work towards positive change. I am passionate about working with those who struggle with personality disorders, difficulties with self-worth, trauma, and depression/anxiety. I believe that a compassionate listener can be a catalyst to needed change.

I incorporate methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, to teach coping skills and better understand the connection between early life experiences and how we think about ourselves and the world.”

Thanks,
Leah

“I believe that empathy goes a long way. In addition to that, I believe that collaboration is not only integral in constructing relationships, but also in creating a tailored approach for each client. Therefore, I employ techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy. Whether you are a person of colour, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, or otherwise, I welcome all.

Although I had an undergraduate degree in psychology, neuroscience, and behaviour from McMaster University, I spent a number of years in a corporate, sales-oriented environment. During this time and through the interactions I encountered, I realized my passion still lies in promoting the importance of mental health and the wellness of human beings.

I offer in-person therapy for clients located in Waterloo, please email me if you are interested.”

As a parent, seeing your child struggle can be one of the most heart-wrenching experiences. Whether it’s anxiety, big emotions, tough transitions, or difficulties at school, you want to help—but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. That’s where I come in.

Hi there! I’m Abbie, a licensed Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for helping children grow, heal, and thrive. My approach is rooted in empathy, connection, and creativity. Whether it’s through play therapy, cognitive-behavioural strategies, schema techniques, or simply creating a safe space to talk, I tailor each session to meet your child where they are developmentally and emotionally. I work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that healing extends beyond the therapy room and into everyday life.

I help children facing anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, trauma, ADHD, and more. But most importantly, I believe in your child’s resilience and capacity for change—and I’m here to support that journey every step of the way.

Let’s work together to help your child feel seen, heard, and supported.
